Export process & payment terms
How a first order runs from enquiry to delivered cargo.
1 · RFQ & specification
You send grade, packaging, volume, Incoterm and destination. We confirm availability and specification.
2 · Proforma & contract
Proforma invoice with price, packing, loading window and terms; sales contract for recurring volume.
3 · Payment terms
T/T with deposit, cash against documents (CAD) or irrevocable L/C at sight, agreed per contract.
4 · Pre-shipment inspection
Independent inspection (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas) and batch sampling before loading, at buyer's option.
5 · Customs & documents
Export clearance, then invoice, packing list, CMR or Bill of Lading, certificate of origin and lab report.
Payment instruments we work with
T/T advance + balance
Deposit on order, balance against shipping documents. Common for first orders.
CAD (cash against documents)
Documents released by the bank on payment. Used for regular buyers.
Irrevocable L/C at sight
For contract volumes; terms and confirming bank agreed in advance.

Packing & loading standards
How your cargo is protected from our warehouse to your unloading dock.
ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets
Export-compliant wooden pallets, stamped and fumigation-free (HT), suitable for EU and UK customs.
Stretch hood + corner protection
UV-stabilised hood over the full pallet, edge boards and double strapping against transport damage.
Moisture barrier
Multi-layer PE bags and hooded pallets keep pellets below the specified moisture during sea transit.
Container lining & dunnage
Kraft or PE lining, desiccant bags and blocking to prevent condensation and load shift.
Loading photos & seal number
Photo set of the loaded unit plus container seal number sent with the shipping documents.
Labelling
Local-language labels with grade, net weight, batch number and EAN for retail-ready pallets.

Legal entity, tax ID and export registry published in the footer once confirmed.
Lab reports on request
Batch analysis from an independent laboratory shared with qualified buyers.
Factory visits

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
One full truckload (about 24 t) or one container load. Smaller quantities are referred to regional partners.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Typically T/T with advance deposit or irrevocable L/C at sight for contract buyers — agreed per contract.
Can I get samples and lab reports?
Yes. Qualified buyers receive sample kits and the latest laboratory analysis before the first order.
